Why PVB?

What Is PVB And What Features Does It Have?

PVB

PVB is an engineering plastic, mostly used in the manufacturing of laminated glass. It offers safety, thermo acoustic comfort and protection against UV rays.

PVB can be recycled since it is a sustainable, non-toxic material with excellent properties such as:

Low concentration of VOC without Chlorine or Phthalates

Resistant to UV rays

High sound absorption and impact

High adherence to various surfaces

High toughness and flexibility

Plasticizer

The Problem Of PVB And Laminated Glass In The World

There are more than 1 billion vehicles in the world, all of them use laminated windshields. Additionally, each year the use of laminated glass as an architectural finish increases. Most of the PVB of the windshield and architectural glass, end up in landfills.
